This meeting aims to highlight the current landscape for women in the renewable energy sector and explore strategies to amplify female representation. The discussion focused on the role of women-led organizations in driving the renewable energy transition, addressing the significant gender disparity in Bangladesh&#8217;s energy industry. To tackle this significant gender disparity, educational institutions could play a vital role in encouraging more women to pursue technical education, particularly in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering &amp;
